Preferred Bank has become aware of unauthorized third parties on WeChat, QQ, RedNote and other online platforms claiming to represent the Bank or offering assistance with opening Preferred Bank accounts. These unauthorized ads falsely use our bank name, logo, and branding to solicit remote account openings. Preferred Bank does not advertise account-opening services through social media platforms, and we do not request personal information, passwords, verification codes, or banking credentials through unsolicited messages or links.
